A new report has shown that traineeships are helping young people to access jobs or further study. Andrew says, "This new research has looked at the impact of the traineeship initiative (which launched in 2013) on progress into an apprenticeship, further learning or employment. The report has found that 75% of trainees get a job, take up an apprenticeship or go on to further study within a year of completing their programme."
