Free Compost Giveaways for East Riding Residents

East Riding Council are giving away 5,000 bags of compost for free to East Riding residents. This is an annual giveaway, which will be held at nine sites across the area over a period of two weeks. Primary school pupils in our area can take part in a national competition to raise awareness of the dangers of Carbon Monoxide poisoning. British Steel Seeking Government Loan

As residents may have seen in the news today, British Steel are reported to be seeking a £100 million loan form the Government in order to meet EU emissions requirements. New Online Apps for Advice on Careers and Further Education

Earlier this month, the Government launched two new apps to help students make more informed choices on what and where to study at university. £8.1 million Funding for MRI and CT Scanners at North Lincs & Goole NHS Trust

The Health Secretary, Matt Hancock MP, has informed Andrew that the Department of Health has completed their review of a capital funding bid from Northern Lincolnshire & Goole NHS Foundation Trust and have agreed to release £8.1 million of funding.
