During the recent UK Parliament Week and Children in Need Day, Andrew visited Marshlands Primary School to speak to pupils.
Andrew said, "Marshlands Primary actually visited the Houses of Parliament earlier this year. I was happy to hear that they enjoyed the experience and that they decided to take part in Parliament Week. As mentioned before, the goal of this initiative is to engage young people with politics and the history of our democracy. I was very impressed with the pupils’ depth of knowledge and their excellent questions.
"I really enjoyed the visit and was glad to take part in the school’s Parliament Week activities.
"Thank you to Marshlands Primary for a wonderful visit."
