Andrew is once again encouraging residents to take part in UK Parliament Week.
Andrew explains, "UK Parliament Week (UKPW) returns this year between 18-24 November. This is an annual campaign to encourage young people to learn more about our Parliament and to get involved in politics. I hope that young people across our area take advantage of the fanastic resoruces that are available to celebrate Parliament Week""
You can sign up to take part in Parliament Week online here: https://www.ukparliamentweek.org/en/. When you sign up, you’ll receive a free resource kit, including a tailored booklet with activities suitable for all ages, plus bunting, stickers and a Victoria Tower ballot box. There is also a card game, which is a fun way to learn more about Parliament.
