Andrew is supporting the campaign to save Doncaster Airport from closure, which is being led by Don Valley MP, Nick Fletcher, whose constituency covers the airport.  The airport owners, the Peel Group, have announced a strategic review, in which they state that, “aviation activity on the site may no longer be commercially viable”. Andrew has provided the following update on the Appleby Signal Box. Andrew reports, "We have been raising the issue of the shabby state of the signal box at Appleby crossing with Network Rail.  "In recent weeks, Network Rail have been cleaning and repainting the signal box and, I’m pleased to report, we have now received confirmation that the work is complete.  "Below are some before and after photos of the repainting, which has certainly made a huge difference."
