On Wednesday Andrew chaired an evidence session for the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on ScottishPower’s Cashback Mis-Selling. The cross-party group of MPs was formed to investigate a £75m mis-selling scandal involving a ScottishPower cashback scheme.
