Tom Pudding Way Named in Goole

On Friday Andrew welcomed James Wharton MP, Minister for Local Growth and the Northern Powerhouse, to Goole for the official naming of Tom Pudding Way at the business development site, Goole 36.

Goole 36, previously called Capitol Park, is a strategically located development site in Goole, offering around 100 acres (40.46 hectares) of prime development land just off junction 36 of the M62 motorway.

Andrew says, “James kindly agreed to officially name and unveil the new signs for Tom Pudding Way in Goole. This link road has opened up the development site Goole 36, and it was great to have James here to see the progress at the site.

This link road will open up 100 acres of development land and create thousands of jobs. It's taken a long time to get to this point and this link road was made possible thanks to £13 million from the Conservative Government, which I worked hard to secure.

This site is now being advertised and is open for interest from businesses. I would like to thank everyone involved, especially the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and Lagan Construction for their assistance with this.”
