Andrew has welcomed the news that the promised project to construct a cycleway between Crowle and Gunness is progressing, with works hoped to commence in the New Year. The final scheme will see two paths along the canal created; a surfaced towpath for walkers and cyclists and a separate grass path for anglers and maintenance vehicles.
