Andrew visited Winterton on Friday to see the new play area equipment that his local team helped secure funding for.
Andrew reports, "I popped by Friday to have a look at the new play equipment in Winterton I am pleased to have helped secure funding for. The equipment looks fab and the park should be open to the public shortly.
"Through the bid writing service I operate from my office we helped secure £50k for the new equipment. North Lincs Conservative-run Council provided £30k further and the Town Council put in the rest. As you will also see, the popular old 'rocket' has survived and will be getting a paint job before the official opening.
"When I dropped by on Friday the team were on with the final parts of the installation, including the zip wire, so all being well, the inspections will be passed soon and people can start using the equipment!
"Well done to all involved and I am proud to have been able to help on some of the funding."
