Andrew was in Westwoodside earlier today to celebrate funding for the local play area.
Andrew explains, "Good to be down on the south of the Isle this morning in Westwoodside for the formal handing over of the cheque to pay for the resurfacing of the play equipment with a new soft surface.
"Cllr David Rose joined me for the hand over of the £15k from the North Lincs Community Fund we set up at the Council some years ago.
"Thanks to Westwoodside Playing Fields Association for their work on this.
"As residents will know, one of our local election promises has been to support improved leisure facilities locally, which includes play parks and play equipment. This fund has ensured we have been able to make good on this pledge."
