Restart a Heart 2022

Andrew is encouraging residents to take part in the annual Restart A Heart Day (RSAH) campaign.

Andrew explains, "Ahead of Restart A Heart Day (RSAH), which takes place on 16 October, the Resuscitation Council UK have asked me to share their new CPR training video with constituents, so that more people can learn how to #RestartAHeart.

"The goal of Restart A Heart Day is to both increase public awareness of cardiac arrests and increase the number of people trained in life-saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

"As a First Responder for the ambulance service myself, I know first-hand that CPR can be the difference between life and death. As such, I am pleased that initiatives like Restart A Heart Day are raising awareness of cardiac arrests and encouraging more people to learn life-saving skills."
