Marie Curie – The Great Daffodil Appeal March 2019

This month see’s the return of Marie Curies Great Daffodil Appeal.

Andrew Explains, “Marie Curie support more than 50,000 people affected by a terminal illness: cancer, dementia, heart or lung disease, and neurological conditions like motor neurone disease. The charity provides a range of services and also provides practical information and support whilst also funding vital research.

“From the beginning of this month, Marie Curie’s daffodil pins have been available to purchase across our area. The charity hopes that this March, more people than ever will give a donation and wear the iconic yellow flower.

"The money raised will help the charity be there for more people living with any terminal illness, providing them and their loved ones with vital care and support at the most difficult time of their lives.
