Following the event, Andrew said, "This event was an opportunity to celebrate the success of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library scheme in the UK and to encourage other MPs to get involved with this fantastic initiative.
"As residents may remember, we recently celebrated the 10-year anniversaries for the North Lincs and the Goole and Snaith Imagination Library schemes that I helped set up. I am delighted that over a million books have now been delivered to kids across our area.
"It was great to see so many MPs, and other stakeholders, turn up for the reception in Parliament and we also had the privilege of seeing a video message from Dolly Parton herself."
