Andrew has provided the following update on Brigg Signal Box.
Andrew said, “Following resident concerns about the condition of Brigg Signal Box, we were recently in touch with Network Rail about their maintenance plans for the building.”
“I understand repainting of the signal box, like what we saw recently at Appleby, was originally deferred until at least 2024 due to the cost of the timber repairs required. Therefore, I am pleased to see that contractors are on site and some work is being done already.”
