Andrew has provided the following update on the Boothferry Bridge Works.
Andrew reports, "Residents will remember that I first asked East Riding Council to pause works on Boothferry Bridge some weeks ago. In response to resident queries I again asked the Council last week to provide me with the works schedule as activity seems to have been limited.
"Despite initially being told a pause would not be possible, we have now heard that the works will be paused until after the M62 Ouse Bridge works are resolved.
"This is obviously good news and should help with the congestion. It is just a little frustrating that this wasn't agreed to weeks ago when I first asked!!!"
