Holmes & Gardens & adjacent land, Belton Road, Epworth - Proposed mix use development
Further to my recent letter to local residents regarding the above draft proposal at Belton Road, Epworth, I have once again written to residents to seek their feedback.
As previously mentioned, the proposal includes: a leisure space/youth club; a care home/specialist retirement accommodation; a community centre; a new retail, leisure and office space, a new purpose-built garden centre/farm shop; and new homes. Following the recent public consultation on this proposal, I would be interested to hear residents’ comments, feedback or any concerns via the survey I have mailed out or via the below link to an online survey. Please note that the online survey's address field is mandatory and we will only accept results from people whose addresses are verifiable. This is to ensure that only genuine constituents are responding and that nobody unfairly tries to influence the survey in one direction or the other.
As I explained previously, I play no formal role in the decision-making process; however, I wanted to give residents the chance to make their thoughts and any concerns known. This could relate to your thoughts on the impact on local infrastructure, roads, traffic, drainage etc.
