West Halton Play Area Visit

Andrew visited West Halton recently to see the village’s brand-new play area. He was joined by local councillors, Elaine, Ralph and Helen, the Parish Council and North Lincs Council Leader, Rob Waltham.

Following the visit, Andrew said, "I’m delighted that the new playground has now been installed. This is thanks to a £44,000 grant from the Conservative-led North Lincs Council and the hard work of West Halton Parish Council.

"This funding came from the council’s Community Grant Fund and was awarded to the Parish Council for the installation of a brand-new play area and new goal posts in the village. The new playground includes a climbing frame with a slide, new swings, seesaws, and an accessible roundabout.

"It’s fantastic to see this new equipment installed just in time for summer. Children and families will now be able to get outside and enjoy the brand-new play facilities in the heart of their village."
