This year’s Silver Sunday awareness day will take place on the 4th October.
Andrew reports, "Silver Sunday is the National Day for Older People, where individuals, charities, organisations and community groups get together to organise various events and activities in their local communities. The aim of the campaign is to celebrate older people and tackle issues of isolation and loneliness.
