Andrew has posted an update regarding new outdoor gym equipment he helped secure funding for in Brigg.
Andrew said, "Very happy to have helped secure funding for the new outdoor gym equipment in Brigg.
"Two new adult gyms have now been installed in the Millennium Green Park off Elwes St and a second on the riverbank near the start of the weekly Parkrun. In total, £25,000 was secured thanks to help from my ‘Bid Writing Service’ with £15,000 funding provided by North Lincs Conservative-run Council and also £10,000 from Brigg Town Council.
"Big thanks to Parkrun volunteer, Julie Taylor, for sending over the pictures now that the equipment is in place.
"We have always promised to support improved leisure facilities locally and this has been a key promise of our local team. Great to be continuing to deliver on that promise."
