Andrew is encouraging local families to take advantage of NHS Better Health's new initiative with Disney.
Andrew explains, "Further to my recent post regarding the Summer Reading Challenge which keeps kids reading during their summer holidays, I have been informed that NHS Better Health have teamed up with Disney to provide free, fun activities to make sure that kids are getting enough exercise during the holidays.
"These 10 Minute “Shake Up” games, which include Disney characters, will ensure that children and young people have a fun way to reach the 60 active minutes they need every day."
