Andrew Helps Secure £2 Million for Community Projects

Andrew is celebrating after the 'Bid Writing Service' he set up a few years ago to help local community groups access funding passed an important milestone last week. The service has now secured over £2 million for community groups and projects.

Andrew explains, "These include projects such as tens of thousands for the new play equipment for the park in Winterton, funding for Crowle Bowls Club new Pavilion , funding for 'Families in Goole', new War Memorial in Snaith, Belton Playing Fields new play equipment, adult gym equipment for Brigg and Broughton, and much much more besides.

"The service helps groups by writing bids, helping with their policies and paper work, helping groups with their charity applications and project management.

"None of this would happen without the support of our local Conservative Councillors.

"That is why I really hope that residents will ignore the relentlessly negative campaigning by Labour, led by their London Lawyer leader and who have only turned up for the election, and re-elect your year round hard working Local Conservative Councillors on Thursday.

"We need to keep this positive work going, not go back to the bad old days of Labour locally when they tanked the local economy and forced through inflation-busting Council Tax rises."
