Andrew has been contacted by Numberfit, organisers of the Mathematics World Cup, to raise awareness of this year’s competition.
Andrew reports, "Between September 27th and October 11th 2021, schools can register their class of 7–11 year olds to take part in the competition for free. The competition combines “education with physical activity and mindfulness to nurture students’ well-being”. Students take part in a 30-minute session at any point over a two-week period. They compete with pre-recorded classes on screen as well as with classes internationally.
"This competition is a great opportunity for students to represent their country whilst being a fun way to improve their maths skills."
