Andrew has provided the latest update on some of the funding we have helped secure for local charities and good causes.
Andrew reports, "As residents who follow my Facebook page will be aware, this comes as part of the bid writing service I established and offer through my Community Support Manager, Julie Reed, and my local team.
"As mentioned during my previous update, we have now helped secure over £1.4 million of funding since starting this initiative.
The latest update includes the following projects:
• Crowle Peatland Railway – secured £7,000 via the Isle of Axholme Hatfield Landscape Partnership, Crowle and Ealand Town Council, and SSE Keadby Windfarm for the Little Peat story book which tells the story of Crowle Moors past and present.
• Crowle Entertainers –secured £2,646 via SSE Keadby Windfarm for new stage lighting.
• Eastoft Bookstore - £464 secured via SSE Keadby Windfarm for a storage unit for book exchange.
"Thank you once again to the volunteers and staff who work on these projects and for everyone who has been involved with securing this funding.
"Work is ongoing for a number of other local good causes and projects and I will continue to keep residents updated. "
