Andrew has provided residents with the following information on how they can donate towards the UK's efforts in Ukraine.
Andrew said on Facebook, "A few people have asked how they can donate to our wonderful Ambulances for Ukraine Project here in Goole. We haven't actively asked for donations from the general public but as a few folks have asked I thought I would share how people can donate if they should wish.
"As you can imagine, armoured ambulances don't come cheap, despite the fact they are being produced by the wonderful guys at Venari O&H on a not for profit basis.
"So far we have secured millions of pounds for this project from generous donors, businesses and others, but many people have asked how they can help in some way.
"As we are doing all of this work through the Ukraine Embassy, we ask therefore that anyone who does wants to support the project to donate via the Ukraine Embassy in the UK's appeal fund whose funds have been used in part for this project too.
