Andrew has welcomed that council tax has been frozen in North Lincolnshire
Andrew said, "This is good news for North Lincs residents and something I worked with our Council Leader and Council team to achieve.
"Our commitment to freeze the general Council Tax also included important commitments to fully fund the Imagination Library, protect free car parking across North Lincs, free school holiday swimming for kids and put more money into care services for our older and disabled population.
"We have continued to keep our local promises we were elected on in North Lincs."
