It is an honour and privilege to have been re-adopted by the Executive of the Brigg and Goole Conservative Association to be the Conservative and Unionist candidate for Brigg & Goole and the Isle of Axholme constituency.
It's been an honour to serve as our MP in the last two Parliaments, and I am proud of the tens of millions of pounds of Government money I have helped secure for our area.
When I took over as the MP, unemployment had rocketed, youth unemployment was at near record highs and the economy locally was struggling. Now we have record low rates of unemployment, below the national average, the economy is growing and we have seen millions poured into local projects. Be it superfast broadband, the halving of the Humber Bridge tolls, or the millions invested in flood defences and local schools - we have a strong record of delivery.
Above all, I hope I have given our area its voice in Parliament. I've never been afraid to speak up or speak out for our area, even if that has meant conflict with my own side.
The choice in this election will be between my record here standing up for our area, or Jeremy Corbyn's Labour candidate. As I am finding increasingly on the doors, Labour voters in Brigg and Goole are deserting Labour at an even higher rate than in the last election.
How can a hard working Labour voter in our area vote for a party led by a London-centric Labour leader who thinks terrorists are his friends, supports unlimited immigration, who doesn't believe in strong defence for our country and who can't even decide if he thinks arming the police against terrorists is a good idea or not! Jeremy Corbyn's values are not the values of the people of Brigg and Goole and the Isle of Axholme.
